Every Wednesday & Saturday relax with coffee, cookies, and friendly conversation in a welcoming community setting.
Chair Exercises
Stay active every Tuesday with low-impact chair exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Foot Clinics
On the second Thursday of every month routine foot care services are available to help residents maintain their health and comfort.
Bingo Nights
On the third Thursday on every month enjoy an evening of fun, prizes, and friendly competition with fellow residents.
Pet Policy
We are pleased to welcome pets at River Terrace!
Permitted Pets

One pet per household (fish in one aquarium do not count toward the limit).

Allowed pets include:

Dogs (maximum 20 lbs. at full maturity)

Cats

One caged bird (cage may not exceed 18" x 36")

Fish in an aquarium up to 10 gallons

Pet Requirements

All pets must be registered with the management office before moving in.

Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered.

Current vaccinations and applicable licensing are required.
Pet Deposit

A $300 refundable pet deposit is required for dogs and cats.
Resident Responsibilities

Pets must be leashed or carried in all common areas.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.

Pets must not create excessive noise or disturb other residents.

Visiting or temporary pets are not permitted.
Service & Assistance Animals

Service and assistance animals are welcome in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Please contact the management office for registration requirements.
